Multi-phased expansion and renovation of the Whittier Greenleaf Elementary School in Oakland. The project was organized in three phases spanning over a two-year time period. The expansion includes construction of two new Project Frog classroom buildings, a new administration and classroom building, and a new multi-purpose building. Additionally, Cahill performed select demolition, seismic retrofit and interior modernization of an existing 35,000 square foot building.
