
This project included a tenant improvement and seismic upgrade of two existing tilt up warehouse/office buildings to convert them into a consolidated school space for this K-12 charter school in Oakland.
Jabari J. Herbert, through THEG, acted as developer consultant for Pacific Charter School Development Inc. assisting in site selection, securing site entitlements, and negotiating community benefit agreement and concessions for the $24 million site acquisition and phase 1-2 of renovations with Cahill and New Construction Modular.
